What the inspector wrote

On 8/19/2025 at 12:45PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Jaleesa Jackson and Diana Campos met with Licensee Ameera Bawazir for the purpose of conducting an Unannounced inspection to view new on-limits dof the home. LPAs informed Licensee of the purpose of todays visit and was granted entry into the home. Present for today\342\200\231s inspection was the Licensee, one fingerprint cleared assistant, and 6 preschool aged children. Co-Licensee Feras Ghnimat was not present for today's visit The licensee recently called LPA about making some rooms on limits to expand her day care and therefore required a visit to view and approve the new on-limit areas. The home has gained a fire clearance on 8/12/2025 from the Hayward Fire Department for the new addition to the house. ON LIMITS AREA: Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, Sun Room, Hallway Bathroom, Day Care room with Kitchenette and Bathroom, and Backyard OFF LIMITS AREA: Master Bedroom/Bathroom, Bedroom #2, and Garage ISOLATION AREA: Dining Area Off limits rooms are made inaccessible by closed doors and visual supervision. The new on-limits and off-limits as described above are approved as of this day, 8/19/2025. Appeal rights were given to Licensee. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee Ameera Bawazir.
