What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kassandra Medrano and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Wynn Norona met with Daisy Campos, Licensee for an unannounced Case Management Inspection. The purpose of the inspection was to discuss an unusual incident that occurred on 06/06/2025; which was reported to the department by the licensee on June 06, 2025. On the day mentioned above, children sat outside to eat lunch and C5 was accidentally provided a meal that they were allergic to by another child. Licensee isolated child and assessed the child for an allergic reaction. The licensee then noticed that the child was displaying an allergic reaction, she then administered EPI- pen and called emergency services as well as parents. No deficiencies issued during today's inspection. Notice of site visit given and must remain posted 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Daisy.
