What the inspector wrote

On December 16, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lorraine Dacanay Breaux met with Licensee Kailan Miner for a Case Management- Deficiencies visit to clear the deficiency that was cited during a Case Management inspection on 12/11/2025. During today's visit was licensee and five (5) children in care (2 infants and 3 preschool age children). Today the one deficiency was cleared and a POC clearance letter was issued to licensee. Licensee is reminded to to provide the LIC 9224 to current parents and any newly enrolled families for 12 months from 12/11/2025, and to keep a copy in the children\342\200\231s files. Notice of site visit was provided. Appeal rights provided. An exit interview was conducted with licensee, Kailan Miner. END OF REPORT
