On 02/26/2026 at 2:00pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Uribe conducted an unannounced Case Management - Licensee Initiated Visit and met with licensee, Kalaisri Sankar Kumar. Also present at the time of today's visit is the licensee's fingerprint cleared husband and 3 day care children. The purpose of today's visit is to inspect and approve a change in the off-limit/on-limit areas of the home and offer consultation initiated by the licensee. LPA Uribe obtained an updated copy of the Facility Sketch (LIC 999A) which details the floor plan and all rooms within the home that are to be on-limit and off-limits to children in care. LPA Uribe inspected the areas which are to be on-limits to children in care and found them to be neat, clean, and safe for access to children. The updated rooms to be used or not used are as follows: On-Limit Areas: Living room, family room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom #1, bedroom #3, bathroom #1, and backyard. Off-Limit Areas: Bedroom #2, bedroom #4/office, primary bathroom, and attached garage. Off-limit areas will be made inaccessible by safety gates, closed/locked doors, and visual supervision. The updated facility sketch and floor plan for rooms to be used is approved. LPA Uribe also offered consultation and answered a series of questions from the licensee pertaining to the operations of the day care.
