Facility-requested visit·January 27, 2026

On 01/27/26, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jennie Tedlos conducted a Case Management Inspection for the purpose of making an off limit area in the facility on limits. LPA met with Licensee May Rose. LPA observed 6 children supervised by Licensee and her Assistant. LPA and Licensee toured the home. LPA was shown the master bathroom that Licensee is requesting to be on limits. The bathroom is attached to the master bedroom and has a vanity with drawers and cabinets. LPA inspected the cabinets and drawers for hazardous items. There were no hazardous items accessible to children in care. Hazardous items are kept in a cabinet that has a child safety lock. Current off limit areas of the facility will now be: garage, shed, laundry room, and middle bedroom. In the areas that were evaluated today, no deficiencies were observed. An exit interview was conducted and Notice of Site Visit was posted by LPA and must remain posted for 30 days. A failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
