On 8/28/24 @ 2:05pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erica Laird conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA Laird met with licensee Sherrie Allard. Sherrie and two assistants were supervising 6 children and operating within ratio requirements. During inspection LPA Laird inspected the newly installed pool fencing. The pool fencing is 5 foot rod iron fencing. There was no more than two inches between the bottom of the fence and the ground. The fence has a self-latching gate which swings away from the pool and has a latch 5 feet from the ground. Based on inspection, LPA Laird determined the fencing met Title 22 regulations. There were no deficiencies cited during today's inspection. This report was reviewed and a copy provided to licensee, Sherrie Allard. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
