On 10/24/2025 at 8:40am, a case management inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Laura Chavez. LPA met with interim Site Supervisor (SS) Khae Tern. Today\342\200\231s inspection was made in response to the licensee's request for a waiver to allow the children from the Oakdale Elementary School, TK - Grade 2 to use the playground via scheduling. During today\342\200\231s inspection, LPA inspected the outdoor play area. SS stated no modifications would be made to the existing outdoor play area. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with Site Supervisor Khae Tern. There were no deficiencies cited during today\342\200\231s inspection Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. All licensing reports are public information and must be made available upon request. Verification of removal is complete. Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's visit
