A Case Management was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst, Wisehart who met with Director, Kaitlin Vondran and licensee Carson Pezzetti to discuss concerns that were brought up about staff interactions with children in care. The LPA reviewed an incident which was alleged to have happened recently where a witness indicated coming to the building to drop something off and witnessing a staff inappropriately engaging with a child, though the witness could not identify the involved child or staff beyond a general description. The LPA came to review personal rights and encouraged the licensee to have the staff watch the personal rights videos to encourage treating the children with dignity in all interactions. Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's visit. Though no Title 22 deficiencies were cited today, an Advisory was issued.
