On January 4, 2023, LPA interviewed 1 infant Teacher/Aide (S1 -S2). Both staff explained that there is no co-mingling, however, many school age children have younger siblings enrolled. Both staff explained that infants only play in the infant section of the playground and have appropriate playground toys. Both staff deny that there is ever any yelling at children. During the visit the facility was toured, copies of child roster and staff records were received and reviewed. LPA observed the infant classroom and playground and did not observe any yelling or co-mingling of children. Play equipment was age appropriate. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
