On 05/13/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Tammy Dutra conducted a POC visit in response to a violation cited during an annual inspection on the facility dated 05/09/2025. The purpose of the visit was to ensure the facility purchased and installed a working smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector and to ensure there is a plan in place to check the unit. LPA checked files to ensure LIC 9224 has been distributed to parents of children in care and LIC 809 and LIC 809D were posted with the notice of site visit per department regulations. During the visit conducted today, LPA observed the facility's new smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector and the citation will be cleared once the action plan has been submitted. The facility is within compliance today and no violations were cited. Exit interview conducted with Director Amanda Correia, appeal rights provided, and notice of site visit posted.
