What the inspector wrote

A Case Management visit was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst, Wisehart who met with the licensee on 9/22/21 at 11:30 am. The visit was to discuss Site Director changes. The LPA was notified via letter dated Aug 13, 2021 that a new Director was being appointed to this site. The LPA on 9/3/21 emailed a list of documents that were needed to make this change. The LPA has not received these Director documents as of yet. The LPA discussed the reporting requirements and provided again the list of documents needed to complete this requested change. No Title 22 deficiencies were cited, though an Advisory was issued. Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's visit.

The licensee shall maintain the temperature in rooms that children occupy between a minimum of 68 degrees F (20 degrees C) and a maximum of 85 degrees F (30 degrees C). This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interview and record review on 8/31/21 the indoor air temperature reached 86 degrees F at 4:47 pm (Photo).This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
