(Adult 7 - 9) stated they never observed Adult 10 handle a child in a rough manner. One staff stated they often observed children run up and hug Adult 10. On 12/21/22, LPA interviewed three children (Child 3-5). The three children stated that when a child gets in trouble the teacher ask them to sit down. The evidence is not sufficient to either prove or disprove this allegation and is Unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted. Appeal rights were provided. The Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days.
