Follow-up on corrections·August 13, 2025

On 8/13/25 @ 10:09am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erica Laird conducted an unannounced case management inspection. On 8/13/25 LPA Laird conducted an interview with Ashlie Lagrone. Ashlie stated she has operated over capacity in the school age classroom in the last week. Ashlie stated the classroom was only over capacity for short periods of time a couple days last week. Ashlie stated she was trying to help parents by waiting for school to start to lower the capacity. Ashlie stated school started last week and they don't expect to be over capacity moving forward. During today's inspection LPA Laird conducted interviews with three staff. All staff interviewed stated there were a few times last week when the school age classroom was over capacity. During today's inspection LPA Laird observed one staff watching 4 children and operating within ratio and capacity requirements. Based on observations and interviews, the following deficiency(ies) is being cited on the LIC809-D. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Ashlie Lagrone. Appeal rights were provided. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
