What the inspector wrote

Based on the evidence obtained, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be substantiated. California Code of Regulations, (Title 22), is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. Appeal rights were provided and exit interview conducted . An exit interview was conducted with Erica Matzen, facility director. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.

This was regulation was not met as evidence by: Staff stated there was a short time earlier in the summer when children were commingled on the playground for several minutes each day, which posses a potential risk to the infants in care.
