Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Based on conflicting interviews, LPA Khashe was unable to determine whether licensee yells at day care children. In addition, based on observations and conflicting interviews, LPA Khashe was unable to determine whether licensee forced a childcare child to nap at the childcare center during naptime. Based on observations and the statements from licensee, childcare teachers, and parents, and the conflicting information from the reporting party, LPA Khashe determined that the complaint allegations were found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Copy of this report was reviewed and provided to the facility representative, Nicole Thomasy. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
