Routine inspection (multi-day)·September 14, 2023

On 9/14/2023 at 11:50am, a Case Management - Annual Continuation inspection was made by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Laura Chavez to Williams Children's Center where staff and additional children files are maintained. The visit was made for the purpose of reviewing additional information in staff and children's files. Children's files for C1 - C5 were reviewed at 12:00pm. Staff files for S1, S2, S5, S6, S7, and S8 were reviewed at 12:20pm. Children and staff files reviewed were in substantial compliance. There were no deficiencies cited during today\342\200\231s inspection. A notice of site visit was provided at the facility and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Bianca Talamantes, Education Program Supervisor.
