In interviews with Parent #1 between 10:54am - 10:56am, Parent #2 between 3:21pm - 3:24pm, Parent #3 between 3:27pm - 3:30pm, and Parent #4 between 5:05pm - 5:08pm on 1/15/2025 denied knowing of staff yelling at their child or any other child in care. In interviews on 1/15/2025 with Parent #5 between 2:19pm – 2:33pm and Witness #1 between 2:34pm - 2:39pm stated they witnessed S1 aggressively speak to C1 after C1 asked S1 a question. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with Bianca Talamantes, Education Program Supervisor. Appeal rights were provided, a Notice of Site Visit was given, and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. All licensing reports are public information and must be made available upon request for at least three years.
