On 03/29/2023 at 1:45 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), A. Curry conducted an unannounced random inspection. LPA met with designated facility Director, Chandra Montgomery . This is a preschool age program licensed for 25 children which operates Monday \342\200\223 Friday from 8:30AM \342\200\223 4:00PM. Per the Director there are 45 children enrolled. LPA A. Curry toured the facility to conduct a health and safety inspection. LPA observed 10 children with 2 staff and 3 parent volunteers. All children were observed to be under visual supervision of a teacher at all times. On 02/15/2023 LPA previously conducted an annual/random inspection, which included reviewing staff and children files. There have been no changes since last inspection. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted, appeal rights were given, and report was reviewed with director Chandra Montgomery .
