On 04/08/2025 at 3PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Kareeca "Reeca" Sykes ,Ashley Hollinger and Licensing Program Managers (LPM's) Sherelle Johnson and Monica Mathur conducted a Informal Meeting with Assistant Executive Director Michelle Manning, Program Director Racheal Mercado, and Site Supervisor Jada Campbell. Supervision, Ratio, and Physical plant was discussed during today's meeting. Program Director stated that the facility will have an exterminator conduct monthly visits and will submit proof to LPA by 04/15/2025. Also, Program Director Jada Campbell stated that the facility will have staff shadowing child with challenging behaviors. Facility is hiring staff to meet ratio requirements. Technical Support Program (TSP) was offered and accepted during today's meeting. Exit interview conducted with Assistant Executive Director Michelle Manning, Program Director Racheal Mercado, and Site Supervisor Jada Campbell and report was signed.
