On 10/08/2024 at 9:00 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), A. Curry conducted an announced case management- licensee initiated visit to add the garden to an on-limit area. LPA met with the Director, Carolyn Nakao, to discuss the purpose of today's visit. During today's visit LPA inspected the garden, inspected a classroom that may possibly be added to an on-limit area at a later time, and reviewed teacher qualifications for 2 staff. The garden is surrounded by a fence that is at least 4 feet high. The garden will be used as an on-limit area effective today 10/08/2024. Exit interview conducted, appeal rights were given, and report was reviewed with the Director, Carolyn Nakao.
