What the inspector wrote

On 5/6/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tasha Alexander met with Office manager/administrator Kathryn McCormick and Head Teacher Daniella Medina for a CASE MANAGEMENT-INCIDENT inspection regarding a self reported that occurred on 10/1/25 when a child in care suffered a medical emergency during nap time. Today a tour of the classroom and an interview with the head teacher was conducted. On 10/1/25, the child suffered a medical emergency. Proper care procedures/protocol was executed by staff. The child has since returned to care. There are no deficiencies cited today. An exit interview was conducted with office manager/administrator Katrhryn McCormick A notice of site visit was given and must be posted for 30 days.
