What the inspector wrote

On 11/13/2024 at 10:30AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), A. Curry conducted an unannounced subsequent complaint visit. LPA met with the Assistant Director, Kathy Laplante, to discuss the above allegation. The Director, Coleen Moulton, joined the visit via telephone. LPA previously toured the facility, made observations, reviewed documentation, and conducted interviews with staff and parents. During the course of the investigation, it could not be determined that a child's authorized representative was denied access to enter and inspect the facility. Interviews revealed that parents are allowed to inspect the facility upon request. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur. This allegation is Unsubstantiated. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted, appeal rights were given, and report was reviewed with the Assistant Director, Kathy Laplante and Director, Coleen Moulton.
