On 8/30/22, at 9:56am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Catherine Fernandes arrived unannounced to deliver the findings to the above allegation. LPA met with Director Cassandra Campbell and there were 31 child in care during the visit. During the course of the investigation LPA Fernandes conducted interviews with staff, parents and children, reviewed center documents and observed the teacher child interactions at the center. Interviews indicated conflicting information on whether or not the child was injured while at the day care. Therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.
