What the inspector wrote

On 11/9/22 at 3:30 PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michelle Sutton conducted a Complaint Investigation at First Lutheran Christian Preschool and met with Director Jeni Smith to present the findings of the investigation. During the course of the investigation, LPA inspected the facility, reviewed records, and conducted interviews. The allegation is day care children inappropriately touched another day care child while in care. It was determined a day care child was inappropriately touched by another day care child during free play. There was not a preponderance of evidence to substantiate lack of supervision, however the child’s personal rights was violated. Therefore, the allegation is SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12 is being cited on 9099-D page. The following deficiency were observed (See LIC 809-D.) and cited from the California Code of Regulations, Title 22. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the director Jeni Smith.
