On 11/15/23 at 9:15am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Catherine Fernandes arrived unannounced on case management inspection regarding a self reported incident that was provided to the Oakland Community Care Licensing office. LPA Fernandes met with Director Linda Stafford. Present during the inspection on the preschool license were 16 preschoolers and four additional staff members. There was an incident that may have occurred on 11/1/23 involving two children's interaction while outside in play area. LPA Fernandes conducted interviews, collected documents pertaining to the incident and did a walk through of the classroom and outdoor play area. No deficiencies were given during today's inspection. Exit interview conducted with Director Linda Stafford Report, Appeal Rights and Notice of site visit provided.
