What the inspector wrote

On Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 10:08 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Caroline Colson met with Michelle Freeman, Center Director, for an unannounced case management inspection. There are 7 preschool children and 5 staff members including the director. The purpose for this inspection is to ensure that there is working heating source in both classrooms. H2, second classroom, didn't have heat on Thursday, February 9, 2023. The heat was restored on February 10, 2023. There was no deficiencies cited during this inspection. Exit interview was conducted. Appeal Rights were discussed.
