On 2/17/23 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monica Mathur conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction inspection (POC) at Parkmead Keyspot. LPA met with Director, Goeffrey Fontanilla. There were 25 children with Director and 6 staff. During annual inspection on 2/7/23 facility was cited for Criminal Record Clearance, Teacher Child Ratio, Teacher Aide Qualification & Duties and Lead Testing. Today LPA observed they are in ratio, all staff are associated to license, and lead testing has been completed. Director submitted written plans of correction. Deficiencies of 2/7/23 were cleared today, and Letters of Clearance provided. Statement Acknowledging Receipt of Licensing Report LIC9224 have been collected from families. Director states few families have yet to return the acknowledgment and report was posted online for them. This report was reviewed with Director, Goeffrey Fontanilla and NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS GIVEN, MUST BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
