What the inspector wrote

On 11/20/2025 at 1:20PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jaleesa Jackson met with Licensee Sonja Brennan for a Plan of Correction visit. LPA introduced herself and was granted entry into the home. Present during the inspection was her fingerprint cleared assistant, 5 preschool aged children, and 1 infant. On 10/14/2025, LPA conducted an Annual/Random inspection and the Family Child Care Home (FCCH) was cited 2 Type B citation for Pool Safety. The Licensee and LPA developed Plan of Correction (POC) with submission due date of 11/14/2025 and LPA conducted a POC visit to clear the deficiency. The deficiency has been cleared by today's visit. LPA generated a Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared and provided a copy to the Licensee. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee Sonja Brennan.
