What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Cherie Acosta and Dealia Frison conducted an unannounced case management visit. The visit was conducted to follow up on a self reported incident report. During the visit LPAs conducted interviews and obtained copies of documents. There were no deficiencies during today's visit. Notice of Site Visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Alexis Esquivel.
