On December 19, 2023 at 8:57am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Indira Loza met with Director Greta Davis for the purpose of concluding the complaint for the above allegation. Present during the inspection were 23 preschoolers and 7 staff. LPA conducted a tour of the facility for a Health and Safety check. During the course of the investigation LPA reviewed enrollment documents and email correspondence, LPA also conducted interviews. The interviews revealed that the facility provided an extra staff and tried to maintain an open communication between staff and parents. Therefore, the above allegation has been concluded as Unsubstantiated, meaning the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.
