On November 20, 2024 at 10:50am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Indira Loza met with Director Cynteria Ragler for the purpose of concluding the complaint for the above allegation. Present during the inspection were 47 preschoolers and 5 staff. LPA conducted a tour of the facility for a Health and Safety check. During the course of the investigation LPA reviewed incident reports, conducted staff, parent, and child interviews. The interviews conducted stated that the children are provided with adequate supervision. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the above allegation has been concluded as Unsubstantiated, Exit interview conducted.
