What the inspector wrote

On February 5, 2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tasha Alexander met with the center's new director Amie Moraga and assistant director Shelby Lopas for a CASE MANAGEMENT-ANNUAL CONTINUATION inspection. The purpose of today's inspection is to complete the annual/random inspection began on 1/30/26. Upon arrival, there are 6 infants present along with 2 staff. Today staff and infant files were reviewed. LPA reviewed the infants safe sleep regulations as well as Title 22 regulations with director and assistant director. Relevant documents were printed and given today. Please see 809-d for citation An exit interview was conducted with center director Amie Moraga. A notice of site visit was given and must be posted for 30 days.
