What the inspector wrote

On November 5, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tasha Alexander met with the center's assistant director Julianna O'day for a follow up visit to discuss the above complaint allegation. Upon arrival there are 53 preschool age children present along with 7 preschool staff. On this analyst's last viist, an interview was conducted with the director, a tour of the preschool classrooms and playgrounds were conducted and a preschool facility roster was requested and receieved. Today, observered outdoor play was observered. During today's observation a staff member was heard yelling at children in care in an inappropriate manner. Based on LPAs observations and interviews which were conducted and record reviews, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED.
