Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On June 12, 2025 at 12:57pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Indira Loza arrived at the center and met with Director Wanda Betts to complete the complaint investigation for the above allegation. Present during today's visit were 16 infants and 3 staff. LPA toured the facility for a health and safety check. During the course of the investigation, LPA Loza conducted interviews, made observations, and reviewed records. Although LPA Loza received a photo there was not enough evidence to prove that the pants were soiled at school and/or what time of day they were soiled. Parent interviews conducted stated that their child's diapers were being changed in a timely manner and their children did not have any diaper rashes when they would arrive from school. Interviews stated that they change the diapers every two hours however it can sometimes be longer than 2 hours because the parents do not want the dry diaper to be changed and sometimes there are internet connectivity issues and they may not be able to log the diaper changes. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted. Report provided to Director Wanda Betts.
