What the inspector wrote

On 05/13/2025 at 1:30 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Watts and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Sherelle Johnson conducted an Informal Office Meeting with Director, Selene Acosta and District Leader, Diane Palacios of Kindercare Learning Center. The purpose of the informal meeting was to discuss the 3 Type A and 1 Type B citations the facility has received on 03/14/2025 and 10/09/2024. Director, Selene Acosta discussed during the meeting new training opportunities as well as new procedures that Kindercare has implemented for the staff on the infant component. The Director stated the facility has improved since implementing a new observation log for the infant component with adding a floater staff to assist with infant and toddler classrooms. During today's meeting, the facility was offered Technical Support Program (TSP) and the facility accepted the formal offer of service. Exit interview conducted with the Director, Selene Acosta and signed the report acknowledging receipts of report .
