Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On September 5, 2024 Licensing Program Analyst Tasha Alexander met with Center director Stephanie Weinmann to deliver the findings to the avove complaint allegation. Upon arrival there are 64 preschool children present along with 11 preschoo staff. ON this analyst's last visit, interviews were conducted with the director and staff, a tour of the classrooms was conducted and documents were reviewed. Further investigation has been conducted. Based on LPAs obervations and interviews which were conducted and record reviews, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be DUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12 & Chapter 1 are being cited on the attached LIC. 9099D. An exit interview was conducted with center director Stephanie Weinmann.
