On January 29, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tasha Alexander met with center director Stephanie Weinmann for a CASE MANAGEMENT visit as a result of receiving a self reported unusual incident. An incident occurred on the playground causing injury to a child. LPA toured the playground and conducted staff interviews. On the afternoon of January 19th, 2025, while on the playground, children were playing on the play structure. There were 14 children along with 2 staff present at the time. While leaning on the bar of the structure, a child flipped over causing injury to the left wrist. Staff immediately tended to the child and the parent was contacted. Today there will be no deficiencies cited. An exit interview was conducted with center director Stephanie Weinmann.
