ON 6/15/22 at 8:45 am Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Monica Mathur and Christina Watts conducted a unannounced Case Management inspection at Gan Ilan Temple Isaiah facility and met with Director, Courtney Ludlow. LPAs explained the purpose of the visit which is to investigate an unusual incident self reported by the Center. Incident involves an allegation that child learned inappropriate behavior at the center. This Center follows a school year schedule, preschool program is closed for the summer but at present they are running a summer camp for preschool children. Present in the facility were 60 children today. LPAs conducted staff interviews, did facility walk through, made observations and obtained children Roster. This incident needs further investigation. No deficiency was issued today. This report was reviewed with Director, Courtney Ludlow and a Notice of Site Visit was issued, must be posted for 30 consecutive days.
