What the inspector wrote

On 10/21/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Catherine Fernandes and Indira Loza met with Director Averyl De Vera for an Unannounced Random Inspection . Present during today's visit were 20 infants and with eight additional staff member. The center was toured for a health and safety inspection. The facility operates from Monday through Friday from 7am–5:30pm. The infant center operates out of three classrooms in Building 7. LPAs did not observe any bodies of water, free standing water, cleaning supplies, or toxic items accessible to children. During todays inspection, LPAs toured the facility and reviewed center files. Due to time constraints this inspection will be continued at a later date. Exit interview conducted. Notice of site visit provided. Report and notice provided to Director Averyl De Vera
