On 07/16/2025 at 9:10AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jaleesa Jackson conducted an Unannounced Plan of Correction Visit. LPA met with Facility Representative Marisol Inglis and explained the nature of the visit and was granted entry into the facility. Director Christopher Cheng arrived at the facility at 10:00AM. There were 8 fingerprint cleared staff and 43 school age children present On 05/21/2025, LPA conducted an Annual/Random visit. The Child Care Center (CCC) was cited 2 Type A citations for Criminal Background Check and Disinfectants and Cleaning products not being locked and inaccessible to children. The Licensee and LPA developed a Plan of Correction (POC) with submission due date of 05/22/2025 and LPA conducted a POC visit to verify. LPA generated a Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared and provided a copy to the Director. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Christopher Cheng.
