What the inspector wrote

On 5/24/2024, at 9:45 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brittany Crass arrived at the facility for a case management inspection regarding a self-reported Unusual Incident the Oakland Regional office received on 5/10/2024. LPA met with the Site Supervisor, Ruth Hunter. LPA toured classroom 1. LPA observed two staff members with 12 children. An additional staff member arrived during the visit. Video footage was reviewed, and interviews were conducted with both staff and children. There were no deficiencies cited during todays visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Site Supervisor, Ruth Hunter.
