What the inspector wrote

On September 15, 2025 at 1:25pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Julia Placencia arrived announced to conduct a case management inspection to see if the facility is ready to be placed back on active status. LPA met with licensee Radka Djapounova. There was one child present during the inspection. Also at home today was the licensee's husband Roumen Djapounov, LPA toured the facility for a health and safety inspection. LPA conducted an annual/random inspection on 8/6/2025 and there have been no changes to the facility since that visit. Per licensee, she is currently caring for only one child two days a week (Mondays and Fridays). Licensee renewed her First Aid/CPR training on 8/17/2025. LPA will return license back to active status once licensee completes her mandated reporter training and submits copy of certificate to LPA. No deficiencies are cite today. Exit interview conducted with licensee Radka Djapounova and a notice of site visit was provided.
