On 6/21/23, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Melissa Guirit and Melissa Domantay arrived at the facility for an unannounced inspection to verify which rooms are being utilized by the preschool program. LPAs met with Director, Jeanne Rehrig. There were nine children and two staff present during today's inspection. The owner arrived at the facility 20 minutes after LPAs arrived. Per owner, the preschool component will be utilizing Portable 2 (which is already licensed) and adding Portable 3 for additional nap area. LPAs measured both portables. However, owner will need to submit an application requesting the adding of Portable 3 with an updated fire clearance approval. The additional room will remain pending until application is received. There were no deficiencies cited during today's inspection. Notice of Site Visit was provided. Exit interview and report discussed with Director, Jeanne Rehrig.
