On 06/01/2023 at 8:50 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Watts conducted a Case Management Inspection at Cornerstone Christian Preschool. LPA met with Director, Denise Jeffus and Principal Logan Heyer. There are 25 preschool children in care with 5 staff and 58 children enrolled. Facility is planning to move to the Cornerstone Christian School campus, located at 1745 E 18th St, Antioch, CA 94509. Director and Principal of school, Logan Heyer, requested for LPA to inspect facility and inform Director and Principal on the application process. Facility will start process of transfer of location with licensing and submit the appropriate documentation. During this inspection, no violations were observed. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Denise Jeffus. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
