*THIS IS AN AMENDED REPORT* On 03/21/2024 at 1:20 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Watts conducted a Case Management Inspection at Cornerstone Christian Preschool. The facility in located on the Antioch Wesleyan Church. LPA met with Director Terri Bryson and explained the purpose of this inspection. During today's inspection, there were 32 preschool aged children in care with 7 staff. Director stated there are 63 preschool aged children enrolled. All staff caring and supervising children have Criminal Record Clearance. LPA is following up on an self reported Unusual Incident Report submitted to licensing on 03/01/2024. LPA toured the facility, observed classrooms, reviewed files, conducted interviews and obtained relevant documents. LPA has determined that facility was in compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title 22. During today's inspection, there were no violations observed. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Terri Bryson. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
