On August 6, 2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tasha Alexander met with licensee Elena Kuzina for a plan of correction (POC) visit to inspect/clear deficiencies cited during the annual/random inspection on 7/16/2025. Present for today visit is licensee, her assistant and 10 children in care. Deficiencies/TAs reviewed during today's visit. 1. The fire drill log was reviewed and found to be up to date, with the last drill logged in on The in-ground swimming pool equipment was also inspected. 2. Licensee has installed a pool alarm that meets ASTM International Standard F2208. 3. There is a pool ring that is at least 17 inches in diameter. 4. There is a rescue pole with a body hook that is at least 12 feet long. 5. A daily swimming pool log is current. An exit interview was conducted with licensee Elena Kuzina.
