What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cherie Acosta conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) visit. LPA met with Betty Coutee. There were two children in care during the visit. Licensee was cited for the following on 8/17/23. - 102417(g)(9) Licensee did not have a written Emergency Disaster Plan. - 102423(a)(1) Personal Right - During the inspection, licensee's assistant, S1, was speaking loud and harshly to children in care. During the visit today 9/26/23, licensee provided a copy of the written Emergency Disaster Plan. Licensee stated that S1 has not returned since the inspection on 8/17/23. Licensee provided a letter which indicates that her assistant will not return and care for children until S1 receives training. Citations issued on 8/17/23 are cleared today. Notice of Site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days. Exit interview and report was reviewed with Betty Coutee.
