Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cherie Acosta conducted an unannounced Case Management - Annual Continuation. LPA met with Licensee Melissa Alvarado. There were three fingerprint cleared assistants present during the inspection. There were 12 preschool aged children in care. The home was toured for Health and Safety Inspection. On limits area consist of the following: on the upper level of the home the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with attached bathroom, half bathroom and on the lower level of the home three bedrooms, bathroom, family room, converted garage, downstairs kitchen and backyard. There is a play structure in the backyard that is anchored to the ground for children's safety. The off limits areas are the shed located in the backyard and dog area located on the side yard. There are no pools, spas, hot tubs, or any other similar bodies of water at this home. There are no firearms on the premises as stated by the licensee. See 809-D for deficiencies cited today.
