What the inspector wrote

On 4/4/25, at 10:47am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Catherine Fernandes and Indira Loza arrived on a case management inspection and met with Licensee Veronica Garcia. Present during the inspection was the licensee's fingerprint cleared husband, three infants and five preschoolers. While reviewing the Licensee's roster LPAs observed there was a child present in care that was not on the roster. When LPAs requested the rest of the roster, Licensee stated she does not have it and was unaware she had to keep it for three years. LPAs reminded the Licensee the importance of maintaining a current roster to reflect who is enrolled in her child care home. Exit interview conducted with Licensee Report, Appeal Rights and Notice of site visit provided.
