What the inspector wrote

LPA Diana Campos met with Operations Manager Monica Barcena for a complaint investigation regarding the above allegation. Present during the investigation were 4 staff and 13 preschool children in care. During the course of the investigation, staff files and qualifications were reviewed. Review of records revealed a lapse in the mandated reporter training certificate renewal for at least 3 staff members. Based on the LPA's observations and interviews which were conducted and record review(s), the preponderance of evidence standard has been met. Therefore, the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. See attached LIC 9099D. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
